Heiß, sonnig, feucht, nass, windig, Regen, Sturm. 3 Tage Wanderung mit den Kindern durch einige schöne Wälder. Ich habe einen schönen großen Sturm mit Eis erlebt und muss sagen, dass die Ausrüstung perfekt durchgegangen ist. Viel Wasser, aber es gelang trotzdem, Feuer zu machen. Schöne Sommerwanderung.

Nein, der Cumulus hat keine elastischen Schnüre an den Seiten, aber das spielt überhaupt keine Rolle. Ich weiß nicht genau, was asymmetrisch bedeutet, aber alle Hängematten sind gleich und ihre Asymmetrie kann durch ein Moskitonetz erzeugt werden.
Mit Cumulus 600 habe ich viele Nächte bei Temperaturen um -10 Grad geschlafen, sogar einmal bei -18 Grad, aber es war sehr am Rande.
Diese Unterdecke ist schwerer, daher werden auch die stärkeren elastischen Schnüre benötigt. Und sie sind genug von einem Linelcok zum anderen, sie müssen nicht herumgehen, dann laufen sie hauptsächlich am Kopf.

Well, dont know what to say... there are plenty options, Tatras are not so hammocking region, as those peaks are above the tree line. We have a very usefull touristic map of Slovakia, very well marked trails.

Our mountains are small, but still alpine style and beautiful I spent lots of sunrises and sunsets on them. However, now I pretty much prefer the forests where I can hang my hammock

My most favourite part of Little Carpathians are not high peaks with endless views. This year belongs to deep isolated pieces of oak forests that are not touched by wood machinery of any kind. Wild, full of birds, rotten wood, and very old oaks overlooking. This spring we were visiting these spots two times a week to capture the process of getting green during the spring. Accompanied with original birdsong recorded right there.

We made two tarps of 0.51 dyneema
400x320cm, it is very easy to work with it, I like it more than sewing silnylon. Till now I made some 10 tarps, mostly winter square tarps 400x300cm from 0.9 membrane
Dyneema holds better in wind, in rain, and I really like that its semi transparent.

I have all the hamock quilts from cumulus.
I have returned the selva 150 because it was too short. The problem is that they say its 180cm long, byt that is in the middle of the quilt. We need it to be 180cm on the sides, from one linelock to another. Then the diagonal covers you all.
Suspension. I found the simple single suspension without the channel sufficient and working. Light uq and heavy selva 600 as well. I just dont like additional shockcord touching my head.
If you can, send them the uq back, tell them its not 180cm as they say, and ask them to make one for adult person
